Why your home needs it — especially in summer
- 🦠Bacteria, gone. Bins breed E. coli, salmonella & listeria. Our 200°F water sanitizes every inch.
- 🤢The smell, gone. No more gagging when you open the garage or roll the bin out.
- 🐀Pests, deterred. Maggots, flies, roaches, raccoons & mice feast on dirty bins.
- 🐾Safe for kids & pets. Just heat + a plant-based deodorizer. No soap, no bleach, no chemicals.
- ✅Zero effort. We clean curbside the day after pickup. You do nothing.
- 🏡Local & trusted. A Northland family business, 5.0★ on Google.
HOA board — two ways to do this
1 · Community amenity (the HOA pays) — like your landscaping: the association funds it, every home served, no resident action — at a simple per-home community rate we’ll share on a quick call. Boards can approve directly.
2 · Partner with us (residents pay) — share this page; residents sign up at our standard rate, and when 50 homes join, we clean your common-area trash bins free (pool/clubhouse/park cans — not dumpsters).
🎁 Spread the word and earn it: free common-area bin cleaning for your HOA once 50 homes are in.
