Why should I have my bins cleaned professionally?
E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Staph — they all thrive in trash bins, especially during Kansas City summers. These bacteria can spread to anything your bins touch: your garage floor, your shoes, your hands. Our 200°F, 3,500 PSI system eliminates them safely and thoroughly. A garden hose doesn't come close.
Is it safe for my kids and pets?
Yep. We use biodegradable soap with natural essential oils — no bleach, no harsh chemicals. Everything we use, you could read right off the label. Completely safe for kids, dogs, cats, and your lawn.
Does it remove the smell?
That's usually the first thing people notice. After the sanitizing wash, we apply a deodorizer with natural essential oils. The bins look and smell fresh — and your garage finally smells like a garage again, not a dumpster.
How does the quarterly plan work?
Every 3 months, we come the day after your trash pickup, clean your bins curbside, deodorize, and set them back at your door. $45 per visit, which works out to $15/month. Why not just hose my bins out myself?
Your garden hose runs about 40 PSI with cold water. Our truck-mounted system runs at 3,500 PSI with 200°F water — that's 87 times more powerful. We also use less water overall, properly dispose of wastewater, and deodorize after. Most of our customers tried DIY first. They sign up because it just doesn't compare.
When do you come?
The day after your garbage and recycling bins are emptied. Each zip code has set service days (check the service area map above). You'll get a text notification before each visit and again the morning of.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. We clean your bins curbside — no need to open your gate, move your car, or be there at all. Most customers are at work when we come through.
Who comes to my house? Are they background-checked?
We're a local, family-owned company. All of our techs are background-checked and covered under our liability insurance. We live in the same neighborhoods we serve.
Am I locked into a contract?
There's a 3-cleaning minimum on all plans so we can really get your bins dialed in. After that, you can adjust frequency, pause, or cancel anytime. You're only charged after service is completed.
How does billing work?
Your first service is charged at sign-up. After that, billing is automatic on the 1st of the month your service is scheduled. Monthly plans are billed every month; bi-monthly and quarterly plans are only billed during your service month. You'll get a digital receipt by email every time.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Just give us 24 hours' notice and we'll move your appointment, no problem. We route our trucks in advance, so cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full service amount. After your 3-cleaning minimum, you can cancel your plan anytime.
Do my bins need to be empty?
Yes — bins need to be emptied by your waste hauler before we arrive. Small stuck-on scraps at the bottom are fine, but bins with trash, recycling, or yard debris still inside will be skipped. Also, please don't put anything back in the bins between your hauler's pickup and our arrival. Bins must be free of unbagged waste, hazardous materials, building materials, oils, or fresh paint.
What do you do with the dirty water?
Our truck collects and contains all the wastewater on board. Nothing goes into your yard, driveway, or the storm drains. We properly dispose of it after each route.
Will my bins be spotless?
We aim for brand-new looking. Heavily worn bins may need a couple of treatments — that's why the quarterly plan works so well, each visit builds on the last. Not happy? Just let us know.
Do you work year-round?
Yes, with a winter adjustment. If it's unsafe to clean, we reschedule. Monthly subscribers: in January and February, we skip service if temps are below 40°F and your payment becomes a credit toward your next clean. Bi-monthly and quarterly subscribers: we don't service in Jan/Feb, but we'll accelerate a cleaning before Christmas and pick your schedule back up in March. You're never charged for a clean that doesn't happen.
